中國葛洲壩集團投資控股有限公司（以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)：葛洲壩投資），是中國葛洲壩集團股份有限公司的全資子公司，是集團發(fā)展投資業(yè)務(wù)的主要平臺。成立于2014年1月，是一家以水務(wù)、交通、能源為主要領(lǐng)域的專(zhuān)業(yè)化投資運營(yíng)公司，也是落實(shí)中國葛洲壩集團戰略實(shí)施指導意見(jiàn)，推動(dòng)集團轉型升級、實(shí)現跨越發(fā)展的主要平臺。公司實(shí)際控制資產(chǎn)約200億元，凈資產(chǎn)約50億元。主要業(yè)務(wù)方向為水務(wù)、交通和清潔能源三大板塊的投資與運營(yíng)管理。

China Gezhouba Group Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. (CGGC INVESTMENT for short) is a wholly owned subsidiary of China Gezhouba Group Corporation (CGGC), as well as a major platform for the corporation’s investment operations both at home and abroad.  Established in January, 2014, CGGC INVESTMENT is a professional investment and operation company mainly engaged in water affairs, transportation and energy. It is also a major platform to carry out the strategic implementation guidance and promote the transformation, upgrading and leap-forward development of CGGC. Controlling a capital of about CNY 20 billion, it owns a net asset of CNY 5 billion. The main scope of CGGC INVESTMENT’s business encompasses investment and operation management in water affairs, transportation and clean energy.
